Terms of Service

These terms apply when you use our apps and sites or buy from us. Please read them, especially section 12. It explains how disputes are resolved: by individual arbitration rather than in court, and without class actions.

Effective 22 October 2026

1. Who we are

Iris Bridge is a brand of Rainbow Bridge Technology LLC, a Delaware limited liability company at 8 The Green, Suite A, Dover, Delaware 19901, USA ("we", "us", "our"). These terms cover irisbridge.tech and every app, site, film, content or service that is offered, sold or billed by Iris Bridge. We call all of these "the services". "You" means the person using the services. If you use them for an organisation, it also means that organisation, and you confirm you are authorised to bind it.

2. Agreeing to these terms

By using the services or paying for them, you agree to these terms, to our Privacy Policy and to our Refund Policy. If you don't agree, please don't use the services. Some services have additional terms of their own, such as a written quote for custom work. Where those additional terms conflict with these, the additional terms apply to that service.

3. Eligibility and accounts

You must be at least 18, or the age of majority where you live, to buy from us. You must be at least 13 to have an account, with a parent's or guardian's permission if you are under 18. Some services need you to sign in, usually with a code we email you. Keep access to your email secure. You are responsible for everything that happens under your account, and you must tell us right away if you think someone else has used it.

4. Payments and subscriptions

5. Acceptable use

Use the services lawfully and in good faith. You may not:

6. Ownership and licence

The software, films, designs, text, names, logos and marks in the services belong to us or to the people who license them to us. They are protected by intellectual property laws. When you buy access, you get a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to use it for your own non-commercial purposes, as described at purchase. You don't receive any ownership rights, and we keep every right we don't expressly grant.

7. Your content and feedback

Anything you create or upload stays yours. You give us a worldwide, royalty-free licence to host, store, copy, process and display it, only as needed to run the services for you. You confirm that you have the rights to everything you upload. If you send us ideas or feedback, we may use them freely and without any obligation to you.

8. Automated and third-party features

Some services produce automated or generated results, such as suggestions, readings, transcripts, translations or media. These can be incomplete or wrong. Check anything important before you rely on it. Nothing in the services is legal, financial, tax, medical or professional advice. Some services rely on third parties, such as payment, hosting or email providers. Their own terms apply to their parts, and we are not responsible for them.

9. Changes, suspension and termination

We may change, add or remove features, and we may suspend or end any service or any account at any time. We will do so in particular where we believe these terms have been broken, where the law requires it, or to protect the services or other people. If we discontinue a paid service you're still using, through no fault of yours, we refund the unused part. You can stop using the services at any time. Sections 6 to 15 continue to apply after your access ends.

10. Disclaimer of warranties

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE", WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS, IMPLIED OR STATUTORY. THIS INCLUDES ANY WARRANTY OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE, NON-INFRINGEMENT, ACCURACY, OR THAT THE SERVICES WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, SECURE OR ERROR-FREE.

11. Limitation of liability

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW: (A) WE ARE NOT LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, REVENUE, DATA, GOODWILL OR OPPORTUNITY, EVEN IF WE WERE TOLD THEY WERE POSSIBLE; AND (B) OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ALL CLAIMS RELATING TO THE SERVICES IS LIMITED TO THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS BEFORE THE EVENT THAT GAVE RISE TO THE CLAIM. These limits apply to us and to our members, managers, contractors and licensors. Some places don't allow certain limits. Where that is so, these limits apply only as far as the law allows, and nothing here removes consumer rights that cannot legally be waived.

12. Disputes, arbitration and class-action waiver

Talk to us first. Before starting any claim, write to [email protected] with your name, what happened and what you're asking for. Then give us 60 days to try to resolve it.

Binding arbitration. If we can't resolve it, you and we agree that any dispute relating to these terms or the services will be decided by binding individual arbitration, not in court. The arbitration is administered by the American Arbitration Association under its Consumer Arbitration Rules. It is held by video or in writing where possible, or otherwise in Delaware. Either side may instead bring an individual claim in small-claims court, and either side may go to court to stop infringement or misuse of intellectual property.

No class actions. Claims may be brought only individually. Neither side may bring one as a plaintiff or class member in any class, collective or representative action. There are also no jury trials.

Opting out. You can opt out of this section within 30 days of first accepting these terms, by emailing us with the subject "Arbitration opt-out".

Time limit. To the extent the law allows, any claim must be brought within one (1) year after it arose, or it is permanently barred.

13. Indemnity

You agree to defend and compensate us and our members, managers and contractors for any claims, losses and reasonable costs, including legal fees, that arise from your content, your breach of these terms, or your misuse of the services.

14. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, USA, and the US Federal Arbitration Act, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Any matter that is not subject to arbitration goes exclusively to the state or federal courts located in Delaware, and you consent to their jurisdiction. Mandatory consumer protections of the country where you live still apply where the law says they must.

16. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. When we do, we change the date at the top of this page. If the change is significant and you have an account or subscription, we tell you by email before it takes effect. If you keep using the services after that date, you accept the updated terms.
